Tupesy is a municipality and village in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants. Tupesy lies approximately 7 km west of Uherské Hradiště, 27 km south-west of Zlín, and 241 km south-east of Prague.
