The Untouchable is the fourth studio album by American rapper Scarface, released by Rap-A-Lot Records and Noo Trybe Records on March 11, 1997.

Commercial performance

The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, becoming Scarface's sole album to reach that position; it also peaked atop the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart for two weeks, giving him his second number one album on that chart. The album sold 169,000 copies in its first week, and was certified Platinum by the RIAA on May 16, 1997. The album's lead single "Smile", featuring 2Pac, reached number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is Scarface's only single to go Gold.
