Skate Canada International

The Skate Canada International is an annual international figure skating competition held as part of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. It is organized by Skate Canada. Medals may be awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The first Skate Canada International was held in 1973. The 1987 competition in Calgary was the test event for the 1988 Winter Olympic Games. It was incorporated into the Grand Prix Series in 1995.
