Sjongshøi is a mountain in Lesja Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The 1954 m tall mountain lies within Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella National Park, about 15 km north of the village of Lesja. The mountain is surrounded by several other mountains including Hatten which is about 7 km to the southeast, Mjogsjøhøi and Mjogsjøoksli which are about 10 km to the east, Stortverråtinden and Vesltverråtinden which are about 4 km to the northeast, Høgtunga which is about 5.5 km to the north, and Sørhellhøin which is about 6 km to the northwest.
