Penne-d'Agenais (, literally Penne of Agenais; Languedocien: Pena d’Agenés) is a commune in the Lot-et-Garonne department in south-western France. It is a member of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France (The Most Beautiful Villages of France) Association. Penne-d'Agenais station has rail connections to Périgueux and Agen.
