Parsonsburg [pɑːrsənzbʌrg] is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Wicomico County, Maryland, United States. Its population was 339 as of the 2010 census. It is part of the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area.
