Osini is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 70 km northeast of Cagliari and about 20 km southwest of Tortolì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 925 and an area of 39.6 km2. In its territory is located the Nuraghe Serbissi. Osini borders the following municipalities: Cardedu, Gairo, Jerzu, Lanusei, Loceri, Tertenia, Ulassai, Ussassai.
