Okounov is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants. Okounov lies approximately 24 km south-west of Chomutov, 74 km south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 99 km west of Prague.

The villages and hamlets of Kotvina, Krupice and Oslovice are administrative parts of Okounov.
