Mezholezy is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants. Mezholezy lies approximately 21 km north of Domažlice, 37 km west of Plzeň, and 121 km south-west of Prague.
Administrative parts
The village of Buková is an administrative part of Mezholezy.
