Lesní Jakubov is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants. Lesní Jakubov lies approximately 27 km east of Třebíč, 53 km south-east of Jihlava, and 164 km south-east of Prague.
