History
The paper began as the Western Clackamas Review, was later known as the Oswego Review from 1929 through 1961, and then adopted its present name when the city of Oswego annexed Lake Grove and the lake. The newspaper was merged into Community Newspapers, Inc. in 1987. The business was sold to Steve Clark in 1996 and later acquired by Pamplin Media Group in August 2000.
