Kvithammer
Kvithammer or Kvithammar is a village in the Skatval area of the municipality of Stjørdal in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the western part of the municipality, about 3 km northwest of the town of Stjørdalshalsen. The 0.13 km2 village has a population (2018) of 216 and a population density of 1662 PD/km2. Kvithammar is mainly known for the Bioforsk Grassland and Landscape Division which is an agricultural research station in the area. It is located on the Skatval peninsula, about 4 km south of the Forbordsfjellet mountain.
