Koválovice-Osíčany is a municipality in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants. Koválovice-Osíčany lies approximately 22 km south of Prostějov, 36 km south of Olomouc, and 218 km south-east of Prague.

The municipality is made up of the villages of Koválovice and Osíčany.
