Khoái Châu is a rural district of Hưng Yên province in the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. In Sino-Vietnamese script, used until 1919, the name is given as 快州.

Khoái Châu district is divided into 26 xã (communes). The capital is Khoái Châu. As of 2003 the district had a population of 187,420. The district covers an area of 131 km². The district capital lies at Khoái Châu.
