Újezd u Chocně is a municipality and village in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants. Újezd u Chocně lies approximately 18 km west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 28 km east of Pardubice, and 125 km east of Prague.
