Žitenice is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,600 inhabitants. Žitenice lies approximately 4 km north-east of Litoměřice, 15 km south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 56 km north of Prague.
Administrative parts
The villages of Pohořany and Skalice are administrative parts of Žitenice.
