Insignia Towers
The Insignia Towers are a pair of 41-story residential skyscrapers on a common podium in the Denny Regrade neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Canadian developer Embassy Development bought the redevelopment site in 2007 and gained initial planning approval. However, the project was cancelled due to the late-2000s recession. By 2012, market fundamentals had improved, and Bosa Development, another Canadian developer, began planning construction. The project was delivered in 2015 (south tower) and 2016 (north tower).
