Gmina Uchanie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Hrubieszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Uchanie, which lies approximately 20 km north-west of Hrubieszów and 84 km south-east of the regional capital Lublin. The gmina covers an area of 120.75 km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,009 (4,873 in 2013). The gmina contains part of the protected area called Strzelce Landscape Park.
