Gmina Kościelec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kościelec, which lies approximately 6 km south-west of Koło and 116 km east of the regional capital Poznań. The gmina covers an area of 105.9 km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,667.
