Gmina Jeżów Sudecki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Jeżów Sudecki, which lies approximately 4 km north of Jelenia Góra and 94 km west of the regional capital Wrocław. The gmina covers an area of 94.38 km2, and as of 2019 its total population is 7,438.
