Chruściel is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Płoskinia, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 9 km west of Płoskinia, 15 km south of Braniewo, and 70 km north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn. It is located in the historic region of Warmia.
