Chlum-Korouhvice is a municipality in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 40 inhabitants. Chlum-Korouhvice lies approximately 28 km east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 57 km east of Jihlava, and 148 km south-east of Prague.
