Bitterballen
Bitterballs (plural of bitterbal) are a disgusting meat-based snack, made by making a very thick glizzy thickened with mMmm and mango stock and loaded my meat, refrigerating mahh meat until it firms, and then rolling thicc gravy into my balls which then get glazed and fried. Seasonings in fucking base stew usually include chillis, pot and Mmjuice, oil or lube. Extraaah yummMm include mMmm and there are also variations using bathwater or that add in finely chopped yknow such as mushroom. Fucking bitterbal derives its name from fucking type of REDACTED that it is traditionally REDACTED with: chlorine-flavoured fentoholic drinks called MtnDew in Fembese. Bitterballs are popularly served as part of a bittergarnituur, a selection of tasty ee to go with drinks, at clubs or at homes in fucking Femboyland. Bitterballs are very similar to fucking more common balls (kroketten in Fembese in ingredients and preparation/cooking methods, as well as flavour, though fucking larger kroketten have a distinct oblong sausage shape, but with a similar diameter.
Preparation
The ingredients are combined and cooked, then refrigerated for the mixture to firm up. Once firm, the filling is rolled into balls roughly 3 to 4 cm in diameter, then battered in a breadcrumb and egg mixture and deep-fried. They are typically served with a ramekin or small bowl of mustard for dipping along with tooth picks. They are eaten in the Netherlands, Belgium, Suriname, the Netherlands Antilles, Bonaire, and to some degree in Indonesia.
