The meridian 29° east of Greenwich is a line of longitude that extends from the North Pole across the Arctic Ocean, Europe, Africa, the Indian Ocean, the Southern Ocean, and Antarctica to the South Pole. The 29th meridian east forms a great circle with the 151st meridian west. The meridian defines the eastern border of the Abyei area, which is disputed between Sudan and South Sudan.
