Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova won the title, defeating Caroline Wozniacki in the final, 1–6, 6–2, 6–3. Victoria Azarenka was the defending champion, but chose to participate in the women's qualifying competition. She qualified for the main draw where she lost to 32nd seed Sania Mirza in the first round.
