1986 Wimbledon Championships – Men's singles

Defending champion Boris Becker defeated Ivan Lendl in the final, 6–4, 6–3, 7–5 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 1986 Wimbledon Championships. It was Lendl's first runner-up finish at Wimbledon, preventing him from completing the career Grand Slam; he was also attempting to complete the Channel Slam.
