Honours for cities and boroughs

The Queen has also been pleased to direct that the Chief Magistrates of the cities of Leeds and Sheffield shall in future bear the title of Lord Mayor. Her Majesty has also been pleased to direct that the following boroughs shall be raised to the rank of cities :—
